We use some or all of the following services that may collect data for purposes we outline in question 4 below of our Privacy Policy Overview:
a. Local Multiplayer LAN via Unity 3D Networking
b. Online Multiplayer via Photon Cloud (http://www.exitgames.com)
c. Ad Services – AdMob (http://www.admob.com)
d. Social – Facebook (http://www.facebook.com)
e. Our Own Internal Server (Used for Multiplayer, User Accounts, Game Analytics as well as Gameplay itself in some cases)
f. Ad Services and Analytics – Unity Analytics and Unity Ads (http://www.unity3d.com)
g. Services offered by Onesignal.com (https://onesignal.com) for sending push notifications for invitations to play in multiplayer mode and for messages that can be exchanged between users.

Some of the data these services collect are listed below (We have tried to list what the various services collect, please refer to the websites above for specific details):
a. Player Username
b. Player Photo
c. Player In-App Actions (Such as a button clicks, Time spent in app or an in-app purchase, etc.)
d. IP Address
e. Player Language
f. Data Packets of App Actions (For multiplayer gaming, when you make a move, in order for others to know what you did, your data must be transmitted to another computer which may transfer that data to all players who are in a game)
g. Specific Device ID if Required (In multiplayer situations, your device ID may be required as well as for certain Ad services to supply Advertising)
h. Player Chat (For multiplayer gaming, your transmitted messages are sent to the chatroom lobby upon submission)
i. Cookie Data (For the usage of websites when viewing websites or accessing websites from within the app)
4. WHAT DO YOU USE THE DATA FOR?
We use the data for the following purposes:
a. For normal game or app functionality. Taking a photo you can costumaze your player with your face.
Such as allowing a multiplayer game to take place.
b. For enhancing the overall user experience
For example, if we learn from analytics data that users are not pressing an important button, we may change the button size and location which in turn could give a better user experience. This is just one example of how this data helps us.
c. For marketing and promotional purposes
For example, we may use the data to alert potential future users of game popularity, such as -> “Downloaded over 1 million times”, etc.
d. For obtaining better advertisers, sdk’s or contracts
This data may allow us to obtain better ad companies or to close in on contracts. For example, Ad company X may only accept apps that have 100k daily active users, which in turn will help us to expand our business. Another example could be Company Y who may want to know user usage data in order to acquire our mobile app business.
e. For giving targeted advertising
Certain ad companies and sdk’s may use this data to tailor advertising to end users
f. To assist you in your gameplay
For example, the only way to chat in a multiplayer chat room is to transmit a message. So that data will be transmitted to the specified chat lobby for your overall multiplayer experience. NOTE: We are not responsible for your personal in game messages.
g. To post to social media
For example, we may use your high score data or take a screenshot of gameplay that could be shared via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
h. To post to leaderboards and achievement boards
For example, high scores or achievements may be posted online or on various game services such as Apple Game Center, Amazon Game Circle, or even on our own website which may track user high scores and achievements.
5. WHERE IS MY DATA STORED?
We try and store most data inside of a folder on your device that is in a user location created for the specific application upon install, or within your documents folder on your respective device. We do not store data locally in any non-user locations without your express permission. Some of your data may also be stored on external servers online such as when you are playing a multiplayer game or if you share information via social channels.
Specific Data Storage Locations:
a.Local Documents Folder. Your photo is only stored inside of a folder on your device
b.Photon Cloud (Multiplayer Data and Chat)
c. Local Multiplayer (LAN System, data stored on players devices)
d. Online Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
e. Our online company servers and game servers.
6. HOW IS MY DATA COLLECTED?
Your data is collected via actions within the app or via your own form submissions inside the app. For example, if you press a button, that data (if you are connected to the internet) is transmitted or is saved (if you are not connected to the internet) for transmission later.
To keep you informed on site and blog updates we use a push notification system (notifications on your devices even if you are not connected to the site), by accepting to receive the notifications you confirm that you adhere to the information expressed in this privacy policy. OneSignal allows us to send messages and notifications to registered users on different platforms, for example: Android, iOS and on the web. Notifications can be forwarded to individual devices, groups of devices, or based on topics or specific segments of Users. We manage these notifications with OneSignal software from Lilomi, Inc. based in the United States at 2850 S Delaware St Suite 201, San Mateo, CA 94403
Depending on the permissions assigned to this application, the collected data may concern and include information on the precise location (for example, through GPS data), on the Wi-Fi network and on the applications installed and activated by the user. To allow the operation of the OneSignal service, this Application uses identifiers for mobile devices (including Android Advertising ID or Advertising Identifier for OS) or technologies similar to cookies. The data collected could be used by the service provider for promotional purposes (based on the interests of the Users), statistics and market analysis.

7. HOW CAN I REJECT OR CANCEL TAKING PART IN YOUR DATA COLLECTION?
Your only remedy is to cease using our apps. To do so, simply delete the app from your device by clicking and holding the app icon and dragging the app to the trash bin or hitting the ‘X’ to remove the app from your device. If you are using a non-touch based device, you simply need to delete the application from your system. Please note that in order to play any of our games the data collection is a requirement.
8. HOW DO I UN-INSTALL YOUR APP?
You can delete the app from your device by clicking and holding the app icon and dragging the app to the trash bin or hitting the ‘X’ to remove the app from your device. If you are using a non-touch based device, you simply need to delete the application from your system.
9. HOW CAN I ACCESS OR CORRECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR SEEK TO HAVE IT CORRECTED?
All data we collect is usually general data, and any data that is not general is usually collected by a third party as detailed below:
a. Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
You can change your personal information directly by accessing these social networks directly
b. Multiplayer (Photon Cloud, Local LAN)
You can change your personal information right inside of the game itself within the menus that are presented
c. Other personal data
Any personal data that we have that is user related will be editable right inside the app itself, such as usernames or photo. Non-Identifiable information such as button presses, or total times opening the game, or session times for example, are not editable and will not have an option to edit within the game or app.
d. Data I believe I should be able to edit
If you believe there is data that you should be able to edit but you are not finding a way to edit it, simply contact us using one of the two contact methods outlined earlier and we will respond to your request.
10. I HAVE A PRIVACY CONCERN, HOW DO I ADDRESSS IT AND HOW WILL YOU DEAL WITH SUCH A CONCERN?
Simply contact us via email and we will respond to your request. If we have no way to resolve the issue, we will simply recommend ceasing usage of the app or game. If we can address your concern however, we will put it into our next iteration/update of the app. Upon release of the new update if you are still not satisfied with the result, our only resolution will be to cease usage of the app and remove the app from your device. Otherwise we will do everything we can to address your concern fairly and in an orderly fashion by the Laws of Canada in the Province of Ontario.
11. HOW LONG WILL MY INFORMATION BE KEPT?
For local app data, information will be kept on record until you remove the app or game from your device. At that point all local data is usually destroyed by the operating system and should no longer be available. Please note that doing this may also remove any of your saved data, achievements or other important information. We are not responsible for this, however we will try our best to integrate new services over time which may help to save your data online so that you can access this data after an uninstallation. For online data, such as that which is posted to social networks, or that which is posted to various leaderboards or achievement boards, the data will remain on those services for perpetuity. In the case of social networks, you can remove that data by going to the respective social networks. For other online leaderboards and achievement boards, your data may remain there for the length of time the game or app is in existence or until we decide to take down such leaderboards or achievement boards. In some cases, some of the data may stay available online for perpetuity and may not be removed (For example if your high score was published in a prize competition and that was published in a newspaper article that exists online in perpetuity). In those cases, removal of such information may only be sought by those specific parties and requested directly. Any and all data that we have control on, we will do our very best to remove and for specific data removal requests (Ex. You do not want your high score shown in a certain leaderboard), you may have to email or request removal from those various leaderboard or achievement board users. (Ex. Emailing Apple to have your specific high score removed from Game Center)
12. DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE COLLECTION OF DATA TO PLAY YOUR GAME/APP?
Yes, we require the above information in exchange for you to play our Games/Apps.
13. HOW AM I ALERTED TO UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY?
To be informed of updates to our privacy policy is by visiting our website directly. Some of our privacy policies are within our apps or games. During an update you will be alerted of the new privacy policy and must accept the new policies before continuing use of our app/game.
14. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY TOWARDS CHILDREN?
Our apps, games and services are meant for general audiences and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at gioappstudios@gmail.com and we will remove the information.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older or those who have had approved parental/guardian consent.
